Refund policy

The product must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of tampering. The original packaging must be intact. Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us. Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect, subject to the above conditions.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receipt of the returned product.

COD Purchases (Cash on Delivery):

Refunds for COD orders will be issued via Paytm or direct bank transfer. Customers must share their Paytm number or bank details for processing. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after processing.
