I having been using this sleepsia cool gel cervical pillow since considerable time now. It is soft, comforting for neck and I think it helps with some pain relief, but I am taking spine specialist's medication too for my old problem. But I hate its chain on bulge where my neck rests. They should have made chain on back flat portion. I use it with an added cotton cover, so the chain is not felt much now.

A friend recommended me this because I had gotten a memory foam pillow from here before. Despite it working for a period, I think it was just too floofy. It's a little firm, but it feels really good to lay on and provide comfort. I didnt think a firm pillow would feel this good, but it does wonders on my neck.

I sit at the desk all day since I WFH since 2020. Neck problems just...kind of happen when you have poor posture. This did help a bunch, and I wish I bought it sooner.
